Mel and Ben were married at All Saints Church in Basingstoke town centre and had their reception just outside the town at Dummer Golf Club. It was a lunchtime service, so Mel had an early morning trip to the hair dressers and we met at her parents house afterwards to photograph her final preparations. Then it was off to the church to meet Ben and his three best men for a few shots before the service. All Saints is quite a large church and there was plenty of nice light inside to photograph the wedding. It wasn’t the warmest of early summer days, but the rain mostly held off and allowed us to take some photos around the edge of the golf course, once we got to the reception.
