Clare & Paul – Wedding Photography at Tylney Hall

Clare and Paul were married at the fabulous Tylney Hall, a few days after Christmas. After the ceremony, drinks and photos, the happy couple joined their guests around a long table in the Mattingley Suite for a very impressive meal. Then it was off to the Hampshire Suite to greet some more guests and continue the celebrations into the evening. Here are a few photos from this lovely relaxed wedding.

Anna & Justin – Wedding Photography at Hungerford and Oakley Hall

Anna and Justin were married at St Lawrence’s Church in Hungerford a few days before Christmas. The reception was at Oakley Hall and that is where I met Anna, just after breakfast, to photograph her preparations, before joining some of the guests on a rather chilly coach ride to Hungerford. The views across the snow covered landscape would have been very picturesque, if we’d been able to see them through the ice on the coach windows. 🙂

Snow started to fall again while we were in church, but the roads remained passable and everyone made it back to Oakley Hall safely. With the wintery conditions, most of the day was, understandably, spent inside, but Anna and Justin bravely ventured out in a blizzard for a few shots in the grounds of the hotel. After a lovely meal, the guests were entertained by some excellent speeches and a presentation of ’embarrasing photos’ of the happy couple, before being invited to tell amusing stories about them. This was followed by a quiz, compèred by the brides father, and the evening finished with a well rehearsed first dance. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day, in spite of the cold, and my pleasure to be there to photograph it. Here are a few shots from the day.

Lindsey & Daniel – Wedding Photography at Audleys Wood

The lovely Audleys Wood Hotel was the setting for Lindsey and Daniel’s wedding in November. Condsidering the freezing temperatures we’ve had since, the weather was kind to them on the day, staying dry and relatively mild. The whole day went according to plan, everyone had a great time and it was a my pleasure to be there as their wedding photographer.  Here is a very small selection of photographs from the day, with loads more waiting for Lins and Dan when they return from their honeymoon this week. I hope you’ve had a great time guys!

Nicky & Peter – Wedding Photography at Basingstoke Country Hotel

As I’ve mentioned before on this blog, Sally and I were married at the Basingstoke Country Hotel, so it’s always nice to return. The first Saturday in November saw my third wedding of the year at the hotel and this time it was Nicky and Peter’s big day. Another very happy day it was too, with a lovely group of people who made it a pleasure for us to be there as wedding photographers. Here are a few highlights from the day.

Tammie & Ian – Wedding Photography at The Red Lion Hotel, Basingstoke

It was a mainly bright autumn day for Tammie and Ian’s wedding at the Red Lion Hotel, in Basingstoke town centre. There were a few showers around, but it stayed dry at the right times to allow photography outside. Tammie arrived with her dad in a vintage Austin, driven by Barry of Something Old Vintage Cars. After the ceremony, the happy couple travelled in the vintage car for the short trip to the nearby War Memorial Park for some photos and then enjoyed a longer drive around the one-way system to get back to the hotel.

Here are a few photos from a very happy and enjoyable day.
