Wedding Photography at Beechdown in Basingstoke

It was great to spend a few hours with Steve and Maria to capture their wedding photography at Beechdown in Basingstoke. We met outside Goldings, the Basingstoke Register Office, for a few photos before the wedding ceremony. Goldings is a very attractive Georgian building which was once the home of Thomas Burberry, founder of the famous international fashion business. Situated right next to the Memorial Park, it makes a very photogenic venue for register office weddings.

The wedding was in the Carnarvon Room, which is the smaller of the two ceremonies rooms in the Basingstoke Registration Office. After confetti and some group photos, the guests moved on to the reception venue. We made use of the park next door for some photos of the happy couple before joining everyone else at Beechdown for the reception.
