Wedding Photography Audleys Wood and Basingstoke Register Office
It was my pleasure to spend a few hours with Juliette and Richard to capture their intimate wedding photography at Audleys Wood. This was a micro wedding with just a handful of family members and close friends as guests. After the ceremony at Basingstoke Register office, I joined them at Audleys Wood to capture a few portraits and candid moments around the grounds and inside the hotel.
Audleys Wood Hotel is a historic Hampshire landmark. A former Victorian country house, with Gothic Renaissance architecture, it provides a backdrop that feels both grand and incredibly cozy. For couples looking for an intimate wedding venue in Basingstoke, it offers the perfect balance of luxury and warmth. Whether it’s the rich wood paneling of the interior rooms or the sweeping views of the surrounding woodlands, every corner of the estate whispers romance.
When photographing weddings at Audleys Wood, I love utilizing the hidden nooks of the garden. It allows the couple a few moments of privacy away from their guests, resulting in the most authentic, relaxed portraits.
Here is a small selection of photos from this intimate wedding at Basingstoke Register Office and Audleys Wood Hotel.
